Bobby Page's Dry Cleaners

After ruining my $400 USMC ball gown, I patiently discussed a resolution with this cleaners, and three weeks later & three additional trips to the store, all they will finally do is give a store credit for the cost of the cleaning. After more deliberating, oh wow, they will mail me a check for the $28. I absolutely do NOT recommend this cleaners!!! more

I would never use any other dry cleaners in this area. I began using Bobby Page's back in the late 90's when my National Guard unit used them in Carson City for all our military uniforms. I was so impressed I began using them for all my civilian needs too. When I moved to Reno I naturally used them. I went to the store that used to be on Moana and found that the co-owner Steve was as hard, if not harder, worker than his employees! He was always very pleasant and tried extremely hard to satisfy his customers. Now that I am in the northwest I use either the Robb Drive or Sharlands stores and love both of them! I, too, have had problems with items from time to time but they ALWAYS own up to their mistakes and have always replaced or repaired any damages. Mistakes do happen and they are human but I have never had a problem with them not making restitution. I would never go anywhere else...you won't find customer service like they have anywhere else!! Pros: Excellent customer service, try very hard to satisfy your needs, very prompt with items Cons: Hmmm...none! more

Ruined a piece of clothing, took three weeks and four visits to get resolved and basically blamed the brand for defective cloth. After all that did not even refund the cost of ruining the item! Cons: bad service high prices more
