I ordered a custome dining room set in mid-July and was verbally told by the condesending owner that it would take approx. 6-8 weeks. They explained that it was being fabricated in Canada and that they wait for a full truck to deliver. Fine. When I looked at my receipt later - he had written down ""8-10 weeks?"" but I was not told that...It is now 16 WEEKS and I have to call them everyday for the status and keep getting told that they ""HAVE NO IDEA""...so now my Holiday gatherings have been ruined and I cannot get a refund on my deposit because it is a custom made item. Terrible, Terrible business.
