I knew for quite some time that my water heater was ready to go, and yesterday it finally died. I called the Rooter Guys Plumbing, right off the bat I was surprised to even hear a human voice being that it was a Sunday afternoon. The woman on the phone said she'd have someone at my house in an hour, and guess what? The plumber showed up within the hour! I know I shouldn't be impressed but after dealing with other local contractors this is unheard of! The technician replaced my old rheem hot water heater with a new bradford white with a 6 year warranty. It was about an hour to install. I had my hot water back in a little over 2 hours! I normally don't write reviews but I was just too impressed!
