The Rooter Guys Plumbing & Drain Cleaning

I knew for quite some time that my water heater was ready to go, and yesterday it finally died. I called the Rooter Guys Plumbing, right off the bat I was surprised to even hear a human voice being that it was a Sunday afternoon. The woman on the phone said she'd have someone at my house in an hour, and guess what? The plumber showed up within the hour! I know I shouldn't be impressed but after dealing with other local contractors this is unheard of! The technician replaced my old rheem hot water heater with a new bradford white with a 6 year warranty. It was about an hour to install. I had my hot water back in a little over 2 hours! I normally don't write reviews but I was just too impressed! more

My sewer had backed up into my garage pretty bad so I called The Rooter Guys Plumbing to take care of the problem. They took care of the clog (don't flush paper towels!) and cleaned up after themselves and the cost was what was quoted over the phone. Very satisfied! more

Horrible nasty people. Please do not hire these people. I had a horrible experience with them 3 months ago. They just made the morning news this morning and are being sued by a local family for taking 2k dollars and not performing the work. Stay Away. more

I dread calling any sort of service technicians, so I wasn't too thrilled to have to call a plumber when my house stopped drawing water. I got a few estimates from some big named plumbers (out of respect I won't list names) but they were rude, quite pushy and charged TOP dollar! I am on a fixed income so I have to be very wise with how I spend my money. After I met with The Rooter Guys Plumbing I was very relieved! Matt, the plumber who did the job, was not at all pushy, he showed me exactly what was wrong and why, and walked me through what he was going to do to correct the problem. Not just brush me to the side and hand me a whopping estimate and telling me when they can ""sqeeze me in"" like the others did. Needless to say, I called the Rooter Guys back the next day and they started the job and completed it in a timely manner, I even got a senior discount! Bottom line, they are great, honest people to do business with. more

I called The Rooter Guys Plumbing over the weekend because my sewer had backed up into my basement. I was so relieved that they picked up because the first few plumbers I had called didn't. They showed up on time, cleared the drain, cleaned up whatever mess was made and were reasonably priced. No extra charge for nights and weekends! I will be calling The Rooter Guys again soon to replace my sump pump (there was a coupon attached to my receipt that I can use). more

I heard water running in the basement so I went downstairs to see what was going on and found that water was quickly coming out from the bottom of my hot water heater! I ran back up to call a plumber and the first few plumbers I called said they couldn't get here for at least 3-4 hours! When I called The Rooter Guys the man on the phone said he could have someone there within the hour which brought great relief to me because I coudn't wait 4 hours to have it replaced. My hot water heater is very old and we have hard water so I knew it was about time to get it replaced and the price the Rooter Guys quoted me for a new one was very resonable and it came with a 6 year warranty. The plumber showed up on time with the new water heater, removed the old one and in about an hour and a half the job was done! I'd recommend The Rooter Guys Plumbing and Drain Cleaning to anyone! They installed a leach field we didn't need. They broke a pipe in the field, now we have sewer in our yard. They won't even answer our calls. They were suppose to come back and finish the job and pump the tank, they never showed. We told them about the problem , they tell us they'll be here and they never show up. They ran to the bank with our thousands and never looked back. Do NOT hire them, they are thieves. Pros: THEY SHOWED UP ONCE Cons: THEY NEVER CAME BACK more

I'm normally not one to write reviews, but without The Rooter Guys, my daughters birthday party last Saturday would have been a disaster!! A few hours before the party everything in the house started backing up (just my luck!) and all I could think of is that I'm going to have 20-30 guests at my house and no one will be able to use the bathrooms! I frantically searched for plumbers on the web, since this just had to happen on at Saturday afternoon no one was open, or they charged ridiculous rates for weekends. Then I came across The Rooter Guys on city search, 1 hour emergency service, no extra charge for nights and weekends- PERFECT. Matt, one of the Rooter Guys service techs, arrived within the hour, told me that my main line was clogged and started cleaning the drain. Before I knew it he had cleaned out the sewer pipe and everything was back to normal, he even gave me some tips to make sure the problem doesn't happen again (stop throwing baby wipes down the toilet, oops!) I was very happy with their service and would highly recommend The Rooter Guys to anyone! Pros: Fast, knowledgeable, clean,very friendly, reasonably priced Cons: Nothing comes to mind! more
