Jim Archer has been my insurance agent for nearly 30 years and I'm not an easy client. My requirement is 100% integrity in all business dealings. As you can imagaine, this is rarely achieved, but it is the brass ring to strive for. Jim Archer is one of only a small handful of business executives I have engaged over my lifetime that has never let me down. What does ""let me down"" even mean to me? It means ""doing what you say, when you said you'd do it, with excellence."" This one attribute is enormously important to me. No one is perfect so the next attribute is also vitally important to me: if such a person misses th mark for any reason (which is eventually inevitable) they call me and explain it and couple with it an explanation on how they are going to resolve the matter. Jim Archer knows how to do this and thankfully has had to do this very infrequently. That's it. Honesty, integrity, follow through. I couldn't ask for more in a business associate. I suppose this is a partial explanation of what ""customer serice"" means to me. I recommend Jim Archer without reservation.
