Very unimpressed with Local Splash. I would highly suggest staying far, far away. They did not do what was promised, they would not refund my money, and it was almost impossible to cancel my account. The Customer Service Agents are friendly, but will not listen to what I say. I was on the phone for 30 minutes just trying to cancel my account. The actual cancellation took 1 minute. Would not recommend Local Splash for your SEO needs.
