Review content:
This place looks beautiful, but it is not built well at all. The management promised us, in writing, a $250 gift card. That was on 1 October. It's now 28 December and we still haven't seen it. Most importantly, this place is NOT SAFE for you or your children. In less than three months there was a major drug bust on Mexican Mafia and now there are known gang members living here. We have elevated this complaint to management several times. They will not do anything about it. They continue to listen to the renters saying ""that person is just visiting."" This gang member has a tear drop tattoo on his face and the naive management person has the nerve to say, ""well maybe he's mourning a friend."" DON'T RENT HERE, IT LOOKS PRETTY BUT YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!
