Please listen to me when I say do not rent here! I know a lot of times people take these reviews with a grain of salt but, this has been the most unprepared management I have ever come across. I have lived in SEVERAL apartments. Big, small, good neighborhoods, and not so great. You name it I have been there. These have been the worst. There is a list price on these apartments. However, they rent them to you at a ""discounted price."" If you ask me the discounted price is still- overpriced. The appliances are HORRIBLE (except for the microwave). The water has been tested several times due to complaints by residents. It has a smell of sulfur (to the point where for the first month we would run a full bath and drain them with the windows open--these are garden tubs people). We lived in a two bedroom and then decided to move into the one bedroom with wood flooring. Within two weeks the ""wood"" had a pan drop on it from the lower floor cabinet and it pealed the top layer right up about the size of a quarter, peal and stick, fake, wood, floor. We had to quit using the dishwasher because it left a hard coating on all of our glass and the problem was not fixed with finisher or a change in detergent. Plates and dishes were disgusting after the dishwasher. more

These are the first apartments I've ever lived in and needless to say I absolutely love it. I was expecting to be in a really scary neighborhood with a gross apartment.. but these are great. The last review said something about the mexican mafia? I don't think you should necessarily give the APARTMENTS a bad review, just your neighbors. I don't have any problems with bad neighbors. The cons for me is the gate. You have to be at the PERFECT spot to be able to open it with your remote. And I still haven't found out what the code is for the apartments... And also, in the breezeways of the apartment buildings the outside light covers always come off! It's not life threatening or anything (they are just plastic), but it is odd to open my door and see it just sitting there. Pros: Clean, Quiet, Nice Cons: Stupid gates! more

This place looks beautiful, but it is not built well at all. The management promised us, in writing, a $250 gift card. That was on 1 October. It's now 28 December and we still haven't seen it. Most importantly, this place is NOT SAFE for you or your children. In less than three months there was a major drug bust on Mexican Mafia and now there are known gang members living here. We have elevated this complaint to management several times. They will not do anything about it. They continue to listen to the renters saying ""that person is just visiting."" This gang member has a tear drop tattoo on his face and the naive management person has the nerve to say, ""well maybe he's mourning a friend."" DON'T RENT HERE, IT LOOKS PRETTY BUT YOU WILL REGRET IT!!! Pros: Looks Pretty Cons: Unsafe and the place is falling down more
