Review content:
I went to the Doodles store, loved their stuff, bought several things, and then made the big mistake of ordering something from one of their venders. FYI, I ordered letters for my daughter's room that are hand painted. They told me that it would take approximately six weeks for the letters to get the vendors to paint the letters. After 6 weeks, I called several times. The girls said that they didn't have a manager. This was later confirmed by the owner, Lisa. Every time I called, the girls did not follow up with the vendor. They just reassured me that the letters would be there soon.

Cons: Terrible customer service with wonderful stuff
