i'll readily admit they have a wonderful selection, with very cute clothes and nursery items. many of the sales staff are great. HOWEVER, some kind of store manager was so awful and rude that i will not go back (that is, after i use the store credit issued to me b/c i returned something after 7 days, which i did not realize was the policy). when i suggested (nicely, i might add) to her that maybe it could be communicated a little better, not changed, she argued with me and did not even try to be nice. 7 days is a really short time (especially when you're a new mom with a baby), but if i knew that, then i would've adhered to it.
Pros: Beautiful selection
Cons: rude sales team
