I generally read a few reviews before posting my own, and I must say: I was truly shocked to read the negative reviews posted by those few.
First, I find it appalling that an individual (sajjad69) would personally identify a staff member by name on a public domain such as this. Noosha was an extremely helpful woman to both myself and my family. When my insurance company erroneously billed me, Noosha was more than willing to take the reigns and fix the problem for me. She generously took it upon herself to contact my insurance company; I never even had to ask for this assistance. My insurance company even called me and apologized for the error. I have never received this sort of treatment from any other service provider. Noosha, thank you again!
Furthermore, the entire staff was also extremely and uniquely helpful, from the nice blonde lady at the front desk, to the sweet brunette lady that fitted our glasses.
Aside from the staff, the Doctors spent ample time with me and my family in order to satisfy our concerns. I know all too well what it is like to have to turn out ""work"" in order to pay the bills, but the Doctors--and staff for that matter--were more concerned with satisfying our needs than ""cattle herding.""
I could not be any happier with this establishment. In my years I've been to many Optometrists--and other health care providers for that matter--and Plano Eye Associates is by far the best provider that I have been served by. Their Doctors are unparalleled, their staff is unrivaled, and the facility is top notch. Shame on those who have defamed such a quality establishment.
