I have been going to Plano Eye Associates for several years. They keep the working patients in mind with their very convenient hours. I have bought glasses from the optical center also. They offer a good variety of frames. Also, if I have a problem with my eyes, I am seen in a very timely manner. I would recommend Plano Eye Associates to anyone who needs a great eye doctor. more

I went to this practice for an examination; as I have recently moved to the area. I was very impressed with the technology and office complex. The practice has a good staff, modern equipment and offices. I was in and out of the eye examination in no time. The time I spent in the optical department was a bit tedious. They seem to have been training a new technician and I waited for a long time to get my lens prescription filled. I hope that the fact that the technican was new does not mean that there will be issues with the lens when they come. We will see. All and all a good experience and I will be going back next year. more

I know I am in great hands at Plano Eye Associates, where I have my eyes checked annually. Appointments are easy to schedule and their knowledgeable staff is great at helping me make frame and lens choices. It isn't always easy to choose frames, but I can trust them to tell me what suits my face. I give them five stars. more

Charlene, the optician, helped me not only find a great pair of frames, but understand the tiny numbers on the inside of the bow so that I will always know how to find a pair that will fit! I have an odd Rx and am petite, so finding a pair that will do the job is no small task. more

I visited this place more than 7 years ago. Did not like it because of the service and doctor. 2 years ago, I gave it another try because my husband highly recommended it. This time, I loved it, and this year I brought my daughter and she like it too. I would definitely recommend this place more

I was a first time patient and truly did not expect such a beautiful optometry practice. Great optical are and great high end selection. This office seemed very up to date and knowledgeable on new technology. The only downfall, which caused me to rate only 2 stars, was the fact that when I met with Dr. Castelberry I felt like he was in a hurry to meet with me. I had never worn glasses and was now given a prescriptions for the first time. So of course I was full of questions, but felt like I left very unclear and rushed out. Maybe he had many other patients, but I feel being a new patient, I would have been able to spend more time with the doctor to clarify things a little more. Other than that good experience. more

This office is amazing!!! They have online scheduling available, no paperwork to fill out upon arrival, advanced technology, eco-friendly (they are a paperless office!!), the staff and doctors are thorough, wonderful selection of glasses, just great . I haven't experienced an office like this in a very long time and it was very refreshing. My whole family will be coming back and I will be telling everyone if your looking for a great eye doctor at a innovative facility this is the place!! more

I generally read a few reviews before posting my own, and I must say: I was truly shocked to read the negative reviews posted by those few. First, I find it appalling that an individual (sajjad69) would personally identify a staff member by name on a public domain such as this. Noosha was an extremely helpful woman to both myself and my family. When my insurance company erroneously billed me, Noosha was more than willing to take the reigns and fix the problem for me. She generously took it upon herself to contact my insurance company; I never even had to ask for this assistance. My insurance company even called me and apologized for the error. I have never received this sort of treatment from any other service provider. Noosha, thank you again! Furthermore, the entire staff was also extremely and uniquely helpful, from the nice blonde lady at the front desk, to the sweet brunette lady that fitted our glasses. Aside from the staff, the Doctors spent ample time with me and my family in order to satisfy our concerns. I know all too well what it is like to have to turn out ""work"" in order to pay the bills, but the Doctors--and staff for that matter--were more concerned with satisfying our needs than ""cattle herding."" I could not be any happier with this establishment. In my years I've been to many Optometrists--and other health care providers for that matter--and Plano Eye Associates is by far the best provider that I have been served by. Their Doctors are unparalleled, their staff is unrivaled, and the facility is top notch. Shame on those who have defamed such a quality establishment. more

Im new to this office and was blown away by how efficient this office is! The staff really seem to go ABOVE and BEYOND for their patients. I was impressed with the front desk and their knowledge of my insurance benefits right when I walked in the door! The staff answered any and all questions I had with a delightful attitude. more

I have used this office for a few years now. I absolutely love my doctor, Dr. tran, he is very patient and nice and personable. The staff are bubbly and nice and if there is ever any problem they can't handle, their hands on office manager, Noosha,, is always there to help. They have a great selection of brand name frames and helpful sales persons. Highly recommend this office! You wont regret your experience! more

My whole family have been in this place since it starts, The doctors are very nice, but, the staffs there are very rude, they are being very un-patient, hang up on you before the conversation ends. their glass ware charge are very messy right now with insurance, never can explain the payment clear to you. I am thinking to move my whole family to another place. Not a good place to get the glass anymore. more
