No doubt some of the nicest facilities in the area. Apartment layouts are spacious and comfortable no matter what size. BE WARNED, however, the most unprofessionally run and managed apartment complex, maybe in the entire world. Whoever @ R.W. Day let's the manager Vicki run this place into the ground, has to be her best friend to even let her show up at work everyday, never mind pay her. All the rest of the folks here including the maintenance staff are extremely helpful. Be aware, when this overweight behemoth comes strolling in to speak with you, she is very aggressive, argumentative, and combative. She goes out of her way to make sure we have the most unpleasant living experience possible. It is very similar to deal with a stubborn adolescent. I have lived here for over two years, including a 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and now a 3-bedroom apartment. The manager, Vicki, is a major deterrence for many people that have vowed to never live here again. I have never had trouble with my lease, nor any complaints, so I am on good terms with their staff. However, this lady's (Vicki) persistent ability to bring discomfort to her tenants is common among every neighbor I have ever had in this beautiful complex. You have been warned.
