where to begin: when i moved in on 7/08 this place seemed nice, i moved in and the floors were dirty and carpets unkempt, the funny part is they claim they have professionals clean the place but this was no professional cleaning. Living there was ok, they claim they do not allow aggressive or big animals but give special treatment to certain people, my neighbor had a big pitbull weighing about 90lbs and did not say anything to him, whereas other people I know were not allowed to have dogs like that there, the staff is rude and think u owe them something every time u encounter them regarding your mail, etc, they are the rudest people I've had to deal with, they dont deserve even a 1 star review. Moving out of there: when i had to move out I wanted to get a single bdr studio there and gave them a notice 40 days prior and inquired about receiving my deposit back for old place and they said yes you will ""b/c you're staying here"", once I paid for the studio deposit a few days later they tell me i could not get old deposit back b/c it was not a 60 days notice so then i decided to cancel the new deposit check and said FU to them and moved elsewhere, then they had the nerve to send me a $240 bill for cleaning carpets and walls and rusty drip pans,they also kept my $550 deposit, now i know for a fact that they do not clean their carpets or paint walls from the footage I saw when first moving in, even if they do, it does not cost $240 to vacuum carpets and touch up suff marks on walls, this place is just a big money hungry business that does not give a F*&( about tennants and want to make $ off people. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS I DID. Pros: DECENT ENVIRONMENT Cons: STAFF AND THEIR ""POLICIES"", SCAMMERS more

warning!!! 6/17/2009

No doubt some of the nicest facilities in the area. Apartment layouts are spacious and comfortable no matter what size. BE WARNED, however, the most unprofessionally run and managed apartment complex, maybe in the entire world. Whoever @ R.W. Day let's the manager Vicki run this place into the ground, has to be her best friend to even let her show up at work everyday, never mind pay her. All the rest of the folks here including the maintenance staff are extremely helpful. Be aware, when this overweight behemoth comes strolling in to speak with you, she is very aggressive, argumentative, and combative. She goes out of her way to make sure we have the most unpleasant living experience possible. It is very similar to deal with a stubborn adolescent. I have lived here for over two years, including a 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and now a 3-bedroom apartment. The manager, Vicki, is a major deterrence for many people that have vowed to never live here again. I have never had trouble with my lease, nor any complaints, so I am on good terms with their staff. However, this lady's (Vicki) persistent ability to bring discomfort to her tenants is common among every neighbor I have ever had in this beautiful complex. You have been warned. Pros: everything but.. Cons: management, enough of a reason to not move here more

Stay Away 7/22/2008

It is simple; do not move into this complex. I am currently living here, and I am locked into a nine month lease. The services they advertise are not provided. For example, the 24 hour security gate is always open, and there are people who have been living here for over six months who still do not have their internet connections. The staff in the leasing office is disrespectful and act bothered when you come to them with a tenant issue. It is so bad that there is currently talk among the residents about a petition leading to a class action suit. I wish someone had written a review like this that I could have read before I moved into here from out of state. Once again, I repeat; stay as far away as possible. You can do much better in this town by staying in a hotel for a week or so and looking in the local newspaper or free trade papers. I hope this helps someone out there.
