Review content:
I drove past this place weekly when I lived near Ormond Beach and after I tried it out I was hooked. The next week I took a bunch of my friends there and it became our weekly (if not nightly) hang out. The beer and margarita specials are unbeatable--where else can you get Yuengling for $1 and margaritas for $3? The cheap drinks are compensated for with somewhat expensive appetizers (not much under $10) and main courses (not much under $15). Even so, the crab dip is the best I've ever had, the datil pepper 'gator bites are unbelievably good, and the cajun grouper po'boy is better than any I had living in Lousiana. Another reviewer complained of how hot the dishes were and all of the hot dishes clearly dilineate cajun spices or peppers used in preparation and the cooks will adjust the spice level at your request. The only bad experience I had there was on Mother's Day when they limited their menu to a few expensive and bland items and jacked up the price. The bar staff is very friendly and after six months of going there we were all pretty much family. Pros: Great Food, Great Drinks, Great Atmosphere, Great Location Cons: A little on the pricy side for food
