Review content:
The whole situation wreaked of DISHONESTY and a SHAKE DOWN!! I will NEVER call these guys for service!!! The driver showed up just as my son returned to get his car, granted my son should not have left his vehicle in the parking lot (new driver). My son told the driver before he even touched my son's car that the car belonged to him. The driver told my son to talk to the owner of the store and if the owner would cancel the order he would not take his car. When my son returned from talking to the owner with the owner agreeing not to tow the car, my son found his car being lifted by the driver. The driver said too bad and took the car anyway. The impound facility was only a couple blocks from the store. My husband and I went to the facility to talk to the tow company about the misunderstanding. The driver denied his statement. Since it was a Sunday, the manager said if we paid $200 cash we could have it right then otherwise we would have to pay more on Monday. The whole situation wreaked of dishonesty and a shake down!!
Cons: Very RUDE as well as PREDATORY!!
