Don was nice enough to replace a broken NAV screen for me. He kind of had to or there was no sale. He made it seem like he was doing me a favor, but lets be real. Replace the screen or I walk. He replaced it. Thank you. But then he removed the XM sat radio unit. Really? I would not have even noticed if i had'nt driven the care the night before. He said it never had it .I took it to a car audio shop and they found it, all cut up. Antenna cut, harness cut. Really Don? Did you think i wouldnt ever removed the nav unit and look? Car was OK price, Don not willing to budge at all. Two stars cuz he ""ripped"" out the XM radio. Thank Don for a crappy experience
