Hi Auto Sales

Recently bought a Lexus LS sedan from Hi Auto. Chris helped us and was very pleasant. Not a huge amount of movement on the price but the car was nice so we bought it and drove it to Los Angeles, and then a few days later to Palm Springs. Then on a subsequent trip up to Las Vegas, with serious highway driving we noticed a problem with the brakes. Took it to the dealer in Palm Springs and they fixed it, at big dealer prices. When I informed Chris they were helpful and supportive and a few days later we were reimbursed for the parts cost and a rebate on the licensing fees. This a great car and great support from these people. I'd shop here again, and you should too. more

I recently purchased a 2006 Lexus ES-300 from Hi Auto Sales after I had searched on several car sales websites and car dealers in person, Due to my POOR AND NEGATIVE CREDIT EVERYONE TURNED ME DOWN OR REQUESTED A CO-SIGNER WITH A HUGE DOWN PAYMENT…. but Hi Auto Sales NOT ONLY HAD THE CAR I WAS LOOKING FOR (ONE OWNER, CLEAN RECORD, DEALER SERVICE)…..\r \r THEY ALSO APROVED ME and there was no PRESSURE in the sales process, WITH A 10% DOWNPAYMENT, LOW RATE IN RELATION TO EVERYONE’S ELSE WHICH resulted IN LOW MONHTLY PAYMENTS WITH A PRIMARY LENDER (BANK) \r \r Hi Auto Sales is not one of those mega used car dealership BUT “THEY HAVE A VAST SELECTION OF CLEAN NEWER MODELS CLEAN CARS!!!” \r \r These guys have my RESPECT AND LOYALTY, “I CAN SEE THAT THEY HAVE A GREAT, OUTSTANDING RELATIONSHIP WITH PRIMARY LENDERS BANKS” “WHICH YOU CAN ONLY OBTAIN THORUGH TIME BASE IN GOOD WORKING ETHICS AND SELLING SUPERBEB VEHICLES AT THE RIGTH PRICE…. \r \r MY GRATITUDE AND RESPECT TO Chris, Don and Leena, they for sure are EXTREMLY STRONG IN FINANCING…… DID I MENTIONED THAT I DID’T NEED A CO-SIGNER???? Don was nice enough to replace a broken NAV screen for me. He kind of had to or there was no sale. He made it seem like he was doing me a favor, but lets be real. Replace the screen or I walk. He replaced it. Thank you. But then he removed the XM sat radio unit. Really? I would not have even noticed if i had'nt driven the care the night before. He said it never had it .I took it to a car audio shop and they found it, all cut up. Antenna cut, harness cut. Really Don? Did you think i wouldnt ever removed the nav unit and look? Car was OK price, Don not willing to budge at all. Two stars cuz he ""ripped"" out the XM radio. Thank Don for a crappy experience more

Hi Auto Sales may not have the fancy show room or amenities you find at the larger car dealerships; however they more than make up for it with their customer service and professionalism. After finding an ad online, I spoke with Hi Auto Sales, and flew in the next day (the price was worth checking it out). Not only did they pick me up from the airport & let me take the vehicle on an extended test drive, the vehicle was exactly as descried and priced at an unbelievably low price. To top it off, they continued to throw-in extras, AFTER I agreed to purchase the car. I will definitely keep them in mind for my next vehicle. more

I got to admit I was a little reluctant to go into a small dealership but HiAuto was awesome. I saw a 2008 Avalon Limited and they gave me an excellent deal. There was NO PRESSURE to buy like the big dealerships when they bring out the sales manger and everyone else and keep you there all day to sell you a car. I founds some things wrong with the vehicle it was fixed right away, I took it to my mechanic he found some things wrong with it it was fixed right away. I even found the headlights were't working properly AFTER I bought the vehicle it was fixed right away. A family run Vietnamese dealership (DON HO and brothers) they treated me and my wife with respect. NO i don't work for this dealership and NO I don't know any of them personally but I will recomend them to my friends. GREAT PLACE keep up the good work. more

We bought a Lexus GX470 and saved $18,000 as compared to the same model and year GX at the dealership, plus the one we bought from HI Auto was loaded with more (DVD system) and had 10,000 fewer miles! Chris was awesome...he was extremely professional! We will always check with HI Auto FIRST before buying our next car.....we couldn't be happier!
