Review content:
just had my dog done - groomer barely can speak english. i gave specific instructions on how i wanted my dog groomed but when i came to pick up i thought she was giving me someone elses dog. she shaved the face then left a bunch of hair on top of the head. my dog looks like it has a toupee on now. i made an appointment at another shop hoping they can correct the mess Jucinta has made.
Pros: got in right away but i just found out that they were closed and begging for customers now
Cons: groomer does NOT know how to groom
