Great Experience at Pampered Pet 6/29/2009

We brought our two dogs in for grooming and were incredibly happy with the way they came out. My experiences with the previous owner of Pampered Pet were horrific, but the new owners have turned this place around. Please don't judge by one person's perception alone. I am glad to finally have a groomer that I can trust! Pros: Very friendly and great grooming Cons: None that I can think of more

Bad Grooming Job 12/8/2008

just had my dog done - groomer barely can speak english. i gave specific instructions on how i wanted my dog groomed but when i came to pick up i thought she was giving me someone elses dog. she shaved the face then left a bunch of hair on top of the head. my dog looks like it has a toupee on now. i made an appointment at another shop hoping they can correct the mess Jucinta has made. Pros: got in right away but i just found out that they were closed and begging for customers now Cons: groomer does NOT know how to groom more
