Review content:
I called regarding a listing and happened to be in the town where the listing was located. When I called Rent Max they put me on hold forever listening to The Yellow Rose of Texas over and over, and it wasn't even a good version, it was like the old ringtones used to be. Hideous. I finally hung up. Couldn't take it anymore. Several days later, I was back in that town and decided to call back, this time the guy did not put me on hold (although I would have preferred it to his rudeness) I told him I was in the area and would like the address of the house that was listed. He informs me that I will have to come in the office and fill out some paperwork, which I knew was an hour drive from where I was and had no time to make it before closing. I was going to say, ""Well, don't worry about it, I don't have time today, I'll check back with you."" But all I got out was, ""Don't worry about it...."" He said, I won't, and hung up on me! Needless to say, I called right back and gave him what for before hanging up on him. WARNING: IF YOU EVER SEE AN AD FOR RENTMAX LISTINGS RUN DON'T WALK AWAY FROM THEM!!! I am contacting the Better Business Bureau as soon as I finish this note.
Pros: They didn't get a freaking dime from me!
Cons: These people have NO class or conscience!
