I'm really surprised to see so many negative comments about Rent Max. I've used their service since they moved here years ago and I always find what I'm looking for. Paying them $59 a year sure beats not finding anything in the newspaper but high prices or slums. I have kids, and I don't want to live just anywhere. I don't want to be in the ghetto but I can't afford to pay $800 or more a month for most of the houses in the newspaper. As long as you do what they tell you to do you will save money, more than enough to pay them $59.
