I've gotta give it to Onegin, they know how to make a guy feel like a king..or I guess I should say czar! The place is just pure class. The food is unique and delicious. The service, far better than most in NY. They're still prepping for their grand opening so it isn't too crowded when you go, but I know once theyre officially open it'll be packed. Get in now while you can.
