Review content:
Apparently FR took over NW Sound & Security, who was excellent as our original security company. Since the transition, however, customer service by FR has been terrible. From charging us an exorbitant amount for telling us how to change a battery over phone, to being downright rude when we desperately need their help, FR has done nothing to show us they appreciate us as customers. We're terminating our contract with them immediately, so please save yourself a lot of stress and use someone else!
