Review content:
They charge like they're your attorney, and look for every reason to charge you. Careful, a phone call may cost you! We really liked NW Sound and Security and were very upset when they sold out to First Response, and for good reason. This company isn't helpful at all on the phone, and only certain people seem to know anything at all. Didn't feel safe at all in their care for our alarm company. Not for our buisness or home.
