Lookin' for wraps or just a heady water pipe? then go no further than Philman's in Westchester, brah. Along with a totally trippy selection of T's and whatever, they also provide EZ Whip cartridges so you can totally get your ""wah-wah-wah-wah-wah"" on. They got a kind selection of glass pieces that will keep you spun for life, dude. This place is sick, man......EPIC.
Pros: Totally Dizzank
Cons: Some custies behind the counter were totally hassling me about me about calling them bongs instead of ""water pipes.""
