America's Worst Head Shop 9/5/2011

I drove 45 miles each way just to get to Philman's because it used to be a great shop. When I got there on a Friday afternoon, there were two clerks. One was a young guy and the other was an older lady. I had a lot of money to spend and was looking for a vaporizer. However, when I asked the clerks, they were both too lazy to get up and unlock the cabinet. They don't have anywhere near the amount of glass pipes they did a few years ago. Whatever you do, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PATHETIC SHOP! more

It's an alright place, walked in and the girl behind the desk seemed to be busy with something. I found a hookah that I wanted to buy and came back to ask for the price. $45! Are you kidding me? It was a small pumpkin hookah that's only 15 or 25 online. Cool shop, bad prices. more

this place is the spot for pipes and papers in dayton...give it 3 thumbs up...cept for the weird chick with the long hair....but the prices a re unbeatable and the dudes there are pretty cool...help u out if they can....only place i shop anymore! Pros: huge Cons: weird chick more

Lookin' for wraps or just a heady water pipe? then go no further than Philman's in Westchester, brah. Along with a totally trippy selection of T's and whatever, they also provide EZ Whip cartridges so you can totally get your ""wah-wah-wah-wah-wah"" on. They got a kind selection of glass pieces that will keep you spun for life, dude. This place is sick, man......EPIC. Pros: Totally Dizzank Cons: Some custies behind the counter were totally hassling me about me about calling them bongs instead of ""water pipes."" more
