I've done business with The Brays at Waterhouse RV & Boat Storage for quite a number of years now. They are both wonderful people to deal with and extremely fair and honest. Since they took over the Storage business it has been clean, neat, and safe. I heard about the incident mentioned by this other fellow and know first hand that the City of Beaverton's code enforcement officer found his claim to be without merit and I also know his homeowners' association looked into the issue and agreed with the City. His claims are and were bogus. This person should look around at other storage facilities and see how they fit in with the neighborhood. I know from experience that Waterhouse RV & Boat Storage is really a good neighbor, and tries to accommodate everyone's real concerns. And just as an aside, their rates for storage is one of the best in the State.
