We have been here for more than 5 years and have found the new owners to be very responsive. Yes things are a little tight. But check the rest and you'll find the same or worse. Pros: Always clean Cons: dusty and a bit tight more

We have just moved our RV from this facility because the owners are squeezing too many big rigs too close together. The rig next to us did not even fit within the lines, and we could not open our side compartments without pulling out. When we mentioned our concerns about safety and accessiblity the owner said that as long as people pay they can have any spot and that she really did not care about the effect of this policy on their tenants. When I store my personal property I want to be sure that the owners care about its and my safety; this is basic. It's true that they are inexpensive but at what cost? I've done business with The Brays at Waterhouse RV & Boat Storage for quite a number of years now. They are both wonderful people to deal with and extremely fair and honest. Since they took over the Storage business it has been clean, neat, and safe. I heard about the incident mentioned by this other fellow and know first hand that the City of Beaverton's code enforcement officer found his claim to be without merit and I also know his homeowners' association looked into the issue and agreed with the City. His claims are and were bogus. This person should look around at other storage facilities and see how they fit in with the neighborhood. I know from experience that Waterhouse RV & Boat Storage is really a good neighbor, and tries to accommodate everyone's real concerns. And just as an aside, their rates for storage is one of the best in the State. more

New owners Gary & Kath Bray removed shields from high-intensity lighting on facility property. The end result is glare on adjacent property - likely in violation of City Code regarding light extending beyond property lines. All suggestions for corrections were rejected out-of-hand with no thought to how things could be improved with no detriment to Waterhouse RV/Boat Storage. These people are obstinate simply because they can be. I highly recommend a boycott of this facility until ownership/management adopts a friendly-neighbor attitude. Pros: Not broken into very often. Cons: Broken into more than once; frequent grafitti. more
