I went into the Skokie store about 6 months ago and was warmly greeted by a very helpful, non pushy sales lady. She was just great! Not only did I find out she was a sales person but, also a trained designer. This was fantastic seeing I just moved to Skokie and needed all sorts of things for my new home. She helped me through the process of getting floor plans together by coming out to my home and looking at everything I already owned and was able to pick out new things for my living room, dinning room, and my master bedroom. Everything looks just perfect! I get so many compliments when I have company over. The best part was she was able to stay within my budget. The quality of the furniture is unreal, the warranty is excellent and the customer service staff was extremely helpful. I will for sure be back to do my basement in the fall!
