Review content:
I had a very bad experience just talking to them over the phone. I explained to them that I had the permit and the lady on the phone couldnt even bear to listen to what I was telling her...I had the permit and I clearly told her that but she kept asking me the same question over and over again. More importantly she wanted to know which country I was from, I never know drving skills very inclined to nationality!!!
Cons: They dont understand or listen to what the caller says...
