Review content:
This business is run very poorly! Very disorganized and it is extremely hard to book driving time. The excuse you get is that they don't use computers and it is hard to keep track of everything. On 4 different occasions they left my son standing and waiting at NNHS for his driving time. Just never showed. No appologies just was told to make another appointment. Then when he was in the car there was little or no instruction. The instructor was on his cell most of the time.
Today tops it all off though! He was told to go to NSHS at 10:00 to take his test and get his license. He showed up on time and handed in his paperwork. After an hour and a half wait he was then told that he was not on the the list and would have to reschedule. The sad part is I even called the office Monday because I know how unorganized they are and the office woman said he is on the list and ready to go. After I explained all this the instructor on site cursed at me in Russian and ripped up my paper work.
Pathetic Company....Stay far away from this place!
