Review content:
I was in an auto accident on a Friday night close to midnight. I was the only one in my car, and toted to the ER in an ambulance. An officer came to the hospital and told me that my car had been taken to the City Impound. On Saturday Morning when returning home, we called, and they said my car had been taken to Shively Towing. My husband called Shively towing and they said that they were closed on the weekend, and that we would have to come on Monday. Today is Monday, and they said that our car would be $150 because we left it in over the weekend! I am highly pist. The officer told us that it was taken to city impound, and could be picked up at no charge! ARGGGGGGGGGGHHH> The customer service at Shively was horrible, and they charged us ignorant fees. We didn't even give them permission to pick up our car, nor did the police. Cons: aggressive customer service, not professional COST ridiculous
