Review content:
Dry cleaning is horrible. They will put staples directly into the fabrics on clothes. When I had a shirt damaged it took 2 weeks to have a manger look at the item. I used the store credit (they refused to give cash refunds) to have another shirt cleaned. It came back with a melted button. I returned it to the store and they offered to replace the button within 3 days. I have not been able to get my shirt back and it is now 3 weeks later. I do not care if my shirt is fixed when I get it back, I just want it back so I can take it somewhere else because store credit is worthless there. They continue to tell me that it will be there tomorrow. The managers (Troy or Chuck) will not return my calls and the number for the ""other store"" often will not pickup. With the exception of the kind people that actually take the clothes, this is a HORRIBLE PLACE to take your clothes and the management does not handle anything correctly.
Pros: they are cheap, but it will cost you
Cons: they damage clothes and refuse to answer the phone
