Silver Hangers

Wish I didn't even have to give 1 star. This place is lower than low. We dropped off a brand new $300+ comforter, when we returned to pick it up they tried to give us someone else's comforter!! When we said they were giving us the wrong one and we wanted ours back (nicely) the OWNER immediately raised his voice saying it wasn't his problem!!!!!! Not only did they steal our comforter, they also did not apologize once OR offer any kind of compensation for the stolen comforter or the PREPAID FEE we paid for the comforter to be cleaned. The owner is a classless jerk with no conscience or business ethic. They deserve to get shutdown. Do yourself a favor and never, ever, ever even look at this place. Go anywhere else! more

My first bad experience came I asked them to dry clean and starch my FAVORITE french cuff button down shirt. When I received the shirt back- the buttons on the cuff (that were sewn together to form cufflinks) were melted. Luckily they were easily replaced by a set of cufflinks I had at home- but the issue I had was the person behind the counter failed to apologize that the buttons were melted-and only after discovering that they were cufflinks-she then put the blame on me saying I should have removed them in advance. I figured no big deal as no damage was done to the shirt itself, and even with my argument with them- they were still the best price! Pros: Cheap Cons: Bad service more

this dry cleaners is pretty good for a dry cleaners. I dropped my clothes off early in the morning and I came back later in the day and it was finished dry cleaned and everything. I've been going there for quit sometime and now i don't have to take time out of my day to do my dry cleaning. I have never had a problem before with them. GO TO THEM THEY ARE BETTER AND CHEAPER! Dry cleaning is horrible. They will put staples directly into the fabrics on clothes. When I had a shirt damaged it took 2 weeks to have a manger look at the item. I used the store credit (they refused to give cash refunds) to have another shirt cleaned. It came back with a melted button. I returned it to the store and they offered to replace the button within 3 days. I have not been able to get my shirt back and it is now 3 weeks later. I do not care if my shirt is fixed when I get it back, I just want it back so I can take it somewhere else because store credit is worthless there. They continue to tell me that it will be there tomorrow. The managers (Troy or Chuck) will not return my calls and the number for the ""other store"" often will not pickup. With the exception of the kind people that actually take the clothes, this is a HORRIBLE PLACE to take your clothes and the management does not handle anything correctly.
