I bought a used SUV from Rafael at Direct Sales, and it was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I was not 100% sure what I wanted, and they took the time to help me find what I was looking for. No pressure whatsoever. While I was waiting for the salesman to put the tag on for the test drive, I was speaking with another customer who was waiting to have his vehicle serviced, and he said it was his family's 5th car from direct, and it is the only place they would ever buy a car.
When I took delivery on my SUV, it was in like new condition, and after a couple of weeks of ownership, I have to say that the car is just fantastic, and the experience was the best I have ever had. Also, I had done a lot of shopping, and the cars at Direct Sales were the nicest I found. Every car is in excellent condition, and you can tell they care.
I give my highest recommendation to them.
