I was visiting my family for the holidays when my mom decided that since I was there, she needed some help looking for a new car. She wanted something more reliable to get her to and from work. Being the awesome daughter I am, I told her I would drive her around and help. We drove all around the Treasure Coast coming up short. Just as the day was coming to an end, we stopped in at Direct Sales. Thankfully, my mom found a car she wanted and was able to get financing through a local bank, which was great for her. My only wish is that we would have stopped at Direct first! It would have saved a lot of time to my day and vacation! more

I had been looking for a cargo van for my work for sometime. I wanted a van between a specific year range with low miles, which seemed like impossible to find after hours of searching on the Internet on my own. I was reaching out to a friend of mine who passed along the phone number of the owner of Direct Sales. I spoke with him, gave him all my requirements hoping he would be able to find me something. Within a week or so, he was able to locate exactly what I wanted. I found it very refreshing to deal with someone that was straight forward and that did not give me the run around. This dealership is the classic shady used car dealer. I bought a truck from them that looked to be in good condition, clean carfax, and the salesman indicated nothing was wrong with it. the day after I bought it, it rained and the rain water started coming into the cab of the truck from the driver and passenger side. There is no way they didn't know about this problem, especially with how much it rains in Florida. Unethical shady business practices, stay away to avoid the headaches and frustration. more

I was looking for a very particular car (GTO) with a very particular options (Impulse Blue Metallic, 6-speed manual, Blue interior accents). There were exactly two in the entire state of Florida at the time I was ready to buy, and Gary Hughes had one of them. I spoke to him over the phone and was very impressed with his demeanor. more

I use my truck for my lawn business, so I not only need a great running truck, I need one that is presentable to my clients. I've been driving my truck for quite some time now and I haven't had one single problem with it. It runs great, sounds great, and looks great. I could not be more pleased with it. Every time I've drive by Direct Sales, they always have some great lifted 4x4 trucks out there. When I'm ready to trade in my current truck, I'll be bringing it right back to Direct to get something newer. more

The biggest thing for me when buying a car is I WANT a warranty! I always assumed that you could only get a warranty from a new car dealership and I was WRONG. I saw an advertisement for a truck that looked amazing, so I gave Direct Sales a call. A lady by the name of Sherrie was so polite in answering my questions on the phone and briefly explained that they offered a variety of warranty options. I decided to stop by and see things with my own eyes. The truck was immaculate looking; better than the ad portrayed it. I sat down with the owner Jack, discussed all the different warranty options and bought the truck. So, if a warranty is something holding you back like it did for me, don't let it. I first noticed an advertisement on the net, which is when I phoned the dealer and made an appointment. The sales consultant was very pleasant, clean cut and professional. He escorted me on a test drive with no pressure at any time. I was very comfortable. I followed him into the office, which I might add was extremely nice and clean. THE best car experience I've ever had. From the moment I stepped on the lot, everyone was so kind and helpful. The sales people were there if I had any questions or needed help and were NOT overly aggressive or pushy like most dealerships. I already had the exact car in mind that I wanted and had a hard time finding it on my own. After sitting down with Jack and Gary, I received a phone call that they had found ""my"" car. I went to the dealership and it was better than I imagined. Low mileage, the perfect pearly white paint, and the inside looked brand new even though it was used. After taking it for a drive, I wanted it immediately. I signed the papers and drove off the lot a VERY happy customer. I am so pleased with the great service Direct Sales provided me. Gary Hughes was an excellent sales person. My inquiry was responded to promptly and I arranged a test drive for the following day. When I arrived the Jeep was expertly detailed and had just been washed. This particular jeep was in mint condition for being an '03. We were able to reach a deal that we were both satisfied with and the paperwork was a cinch! Drove the car Friday, picked it up Monday. It has only been a week with my new Wrangler but so far I am quite content and sure that this was just the vehicle that I was looking for. I bought a used SUV from Rafael at Direct Sales, and it was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I was not 100% sure what I wanted, and they took the time to help me find what I was looking for. No pressure whatsoever. While I was waiting for the salesman to put the tag on for the test drive, I was speaking with another customer who was waiting to have his vehicle serviced, and he said it was his family's 5th car from direct, and it is the only place they would ever buy a car. When I took delivery on my SUV, it was in like new condition, and after a couple of weeks of ownership, I have to say that the car is just fantastic, and the experience was the best I have ever had. Also, I had done a lot of shopping, and the cars at Direct Sales were the nicest I found. Every car is in excellent condition, and you can tell they care. I give my highest recommendation to them. These guys have been an absolute nightmare for me. I bought a used car from them that broke down two hours after I purchased the vehicle. I brought it back for them to fix. After that, it broke down five times in three weeks. It?s always one excuse after another with these guys. They have refused to return my money or have anything to do with the broken car. To have a dealership fix the car would cost thousands. I?ve simply been bamboozled. Have fun if you shop there looking for someone with integrity. more
