Review content:
We had a very positive experience with Neil Kelly on a recent remodeling project covering our kitchen, family room, and part of our living room. When Joel Fraley visited our home the first few times, to begin the design process, he very quickly understood the direction we wanted, design style, and what works best with the existing style of the house. We were also very clear about our budget limitations and time frame, which he was sensitive to.
The design process went smoothly, and we ended up very happy with the result. We had an excellent project manager, Paul Louis. He kept everything moving very close to schedule. The construction team was very professional and considerate, as well as very experienced - the quality of the work was very high. Throughout the project attention was paid to the details.
The project completed on time and on budget, with a result we are very happy with. Neil Kelly was not the 'cheapest' option in our bid process, but I do think they are the best value for the money. I would recommend them if high quality and a hassle-free project are important.
