Had a recent wonderful experience with Neil Kelly on our kitchen remodel. We?d had prior experience with NK (built-in media center/bookcase that was the main selling point for that house 15 years ago) and beyond browsing at warehouse stores never really looked at another option. As expected, everything went smoothly. Joel Fraley provided outstanding design advice/plans incorporating our suggestions and a request to make the project as green as possible. He also scaled the project to our budget without sacrificing the features we most wanted. Paul Louis was there for us every step of the way managing the project. All the subcontractors were exceptional and considerate. Projects were completed on time and as specified. Both Joel and Paul were available by phone/email throughout.
