These are the worst physcians I have ever had an encounter with in my entire life. The one exception they have is Dr. Kimberly Brosamer. I had her twice and she has helpful, friendly, and informative. If you must go here go to her, but beware the front desk staff is hateful, lazy and incompetent. The last time I was here they told me it had been 3 years since I had been there I told them no it had only been one year, they insisted I was wrong and I would have to look at my chart to see if there were any changes. They gave me someone else's chart, this had this woman's date of birth, social security number, address, telephone number, and insurance information. I could have easily stolen this woman's identity. They are so incompetent it is unreal. After I saw Dr. Blai Vang Spicer License Number: 103363 (if you want additional information go to the NC medical board website it also has her managers name there, etc) who by the way was rude, degrading, and not informative, I had a reaction to the antibiotic she prescribed, I called six times the next day to see if I could get her to change my prescription, finally I had had it and I called raising hell and finally got her to change the prescription, the pills this time did fine, but she gave me half of the amount of the last pills (of which I had only taken one). I called to renew the prescription (well the pharmacy did of which I got written confirmation when I sent up there) and here it is a week later and the doctor still hasn't called them back and now my infection is full blown again and there goes another $200.00 down the drain because I had to go back and do it all over again. ABSOLUTE INCOMPETENCE. This doctor should not be practicing medicine in my opinion.
