Our experience with the front desk was horrible. Granted, it was busy but no excuse for the receptionist ""Katherine"" to be so rude and belittling when asked a simple question. Very disappointed!! more

I can't agree with those other reveiws.... I have taken myself, and my family, to this urgent care, for over 5 years.... We have received nothing but top notch service, doctors advice that has always been proven to be the best... And a bedside (or rather examing bed side manner) that my children (and I) have admired. more

Will not go again. Have been to this clinic a total of three times. The first two times had an Excellent experience with Dr. James Griggs, a first class practitioner. Most recent visit was with Dr. Lisa Burke. [You cannot choose who you see.] Dr. Burke was the loudest, most abrasive doctor I have ever met. She greeted me with her own agenda, barely let me get a word in, was rude and belittling. She treated my reason for being there as trivial and insultingly suggested that I could better spend my health care dollar elsewhere. I don't think anyone goes to the doctor ""for a lark"" and the last thing you expect to be is abused. Unless or until Dr. Burke gets fired, you should avoid this clinic. more

Went for cold, and chest congestion and had what I believe unecessary testing done. (Chest X-rays, EKG and blood Test) Was really only looking for whether or not my cold was turning into Pneumonia. No chest pains, was breathing fine, was not running fever, oxygen level was 98, blood pressure was excellent. After two hours was told I would need to go to the hospital for further testing because my cough might be a Pulmonary Embolism. Needless to say this scared me to death. I could see it if I was coughing for months or longer but I hadn't. Really developed it with this cold which is not unusual for me. Now I will have to pay for the lab work and other testing that was done with money I don't have. Not to mention my insurance company paying for unnecessary testing. I've learned my lesson. If possible will wait until I can see my primary care doctor or make a trip to the ER at a hospital. I'm done wasting my time with Urgent Care. It was my second visit and it will be my last. more

I was extremely pleased with the service I received on Saturday afternoon. Everyone there was friendly, helpful and made you feel important. I had to go back again today for a follow up visit and was greeted by the same staff. I was not disappointed in the caring attitude of their entire staff. more

A visit to urgent care is a pain anyway, but going to Arboretum Urgent Care was remarkable. I had excellent care for my injury, from the sign in to sign out! The front desk personnel were personable and concerned, as well as efficient with the paperwork. The practice manager greeted me. The nurse, Nancy, was very informative. She gave me helpful hints for future visits to primary care and urgent care. It was like calling the ""ask a nurse"" line. The x-ray tech was fast and efficient. Kimberly, the P.A. was very concerned and related to my condition, as she had suffered very similar issues. After checking the x-rays with the physician, she referred me to a specialist and also offered to call to give the referral. I said it was great but unnecessary. Pros: fast care, short wait and very pleasant personnel Cons: N/A more

go to another Urgent Care - this location is the pits. They treated me with disrespect in the waiting room and in the lab. more

These are the worst physcians I have ever had an encounter with in my entire life. The one exception they have is Dr. Kimberly Brosamer. I had her twice and she has helpful, friendly, and informative. If you must go here go to her, but beware the front desk staff is hateful, lazy and incompetent. The last time I was here they told me it had been 3 years since I had been there I told them no it had only been one year, they insisted I was wrong and I would have to look at my chart to see if there were any changes. They gave me someone else's chart, this had this woman's date of birth, social security number, address, telephone number, and insurance information. I could have easily stolen this woman's identity. They are so incompetent it is unreal. After I saw Dr. Blai Vang Spicer License Number: 103363 (if you want additional information go to the NC medical board website it also has her managers name there, etc) who by the way was rude, degrading, and not informative, I had a reaction to the antibiotic she prescribed, I called six times the next day to see if I could get her to change my prescription, finally I had had it and I called raising hell and finally got her to change the prescription, the pills this time did fine, but she gave me half of the amount of the last pills (of which I had only taken one). I called to renew the prescription (well the pharmacy did of which I got written confirmation when I sent up there) and here it is a week later and the doctor still hasn't called them back and now my infection is full blown again and there goes another $200.00 down the drain because I had to go back and do it all over again. ABSOLUTE INCOMPETENCE. This doctor should not be practicing medicine in my opinion. more
