Review content:
The new oil plug I had was lost so they substituted another. I went back to them and started to explain what they had done, but in less than 2 minutes the manager was denying any responsibility. I showed him the one they used and a picture of the one that was lost. He pointed out they threads on the substitute were correct. What he failed to realize was the plug was too short, and when he tightened it he most likely did not even realize he had stripped the threads of my oil pan. He said he needed to look at the car. I gave him my number and asked him to call when he got off work. Two weeks have passed and still no call. What bothers me the most is they refuse to take responsibility and blamed me. I strongly suggest STAY AWAY.
