I have taken my dog there twice, the first time my Tilly itched for 4 days....I took blame because I failed to tell them that she has sensitive skin..The second time I took her, she clung to me when I picked her up..The next day when I returned from class I discovered that her eye was full of puss,I immediately took her to the animal hospital and it was discovered that her eyeball was cut.I received ointment and pain meds, the day after that, her other eye did the same thing and of course..Both her eyes were cut..I am appalled, I called to let them know what had happened and that I wont be coming back and still have not heard from the owner..Im not sure what I action I should take at this point, Im still thinking about it, however one thing is for sure..I WULDNT TAKE A RAT THERE TO GET GROOMED!
