I suppose one of the tenants of being able to do business over the telephone (taking orders for delivery by phone) would be that one must be able to communicate over the telephone clearly. I just got off the phone w/ Thai Angel, intending to place a couple of orders for a few curry dishes, but instead, I think I was just asked for my home phone number so somebody's friend could call me(?). All I wanted was a Vegetable Green Curry w/ no mushrooms, but apparently this is too difficult for someone to understand. While trying to communicate with the person on the phone, I was laughed at and given the run around. It's too bad; I really wanted curry tonight. Someone else will have my dollar.
