Great Service and Value!
Wedding Day has been great through the whole process of picking out the diamond, then getting the engagement ring ready in a very timely fashion, and now going back to start the design process for the custom wedding ring.
Natalie and the rest of the staff at the Bloomington location were fantastic. I am a serious shopper when it comes to things like this and after looking around for months everywhere (and I mean EVERYWHERE!) it was an easy choice. No high pressure sales, no dishonesty or ""sales"" talk, no problems or concerns at all. Natalie worked extremely hard to find just the set-up I was looking for, and if Natalie wasn't there one of the other staff (thanks Erin!) jumped in and helped just like I was their only customer. The day I picked up the final diamond/ring I chose she came in on her day off and made sure it was exactly what I wanted and that everything went well.
As far as the money goes I got the diamond at the best price I could find. I wanted the ""wow"" sparkle and dazzle, and quality for quality and sparkle for sparkle it is hands down the prettiest diamond I found, or may have ever seen. My fiancee' constantly gets comments on it by women and even other men! :-)
My recommendation is go see the staff at Wedding Day in Bloomington before you buy anything, you will see the difference I saw. They really care to see that you get what you want, and the follow through was some of the best I've ever seen in any industry or business. I am in sales and I would happily employ any one of the people I dealt with at Wedding Day.
