When shopping for an engagement ring we visited a lot of jewelers, including another WDD location and a few smaller jewelers.
We knew what we were looking for (for the most part), but couldn?t find it. We decided to stop at the Bloomington WDD on a whim and worked with Dane. Dane was patient and extremely helpful, providing the information we needed and answering all of my many questions. He was quick to show alternatives that would meet our high expectations, and help with pros/cons of options we were considering. We made our purchase the same day and Dane was really attentive to making sure the ring was set as quickly as possible.
I?m sure he has sold many a ring to many a happy couple, but you wouldn?t know it. We never felt rushed or pressured and can?t wait to pick up the ring this weekend. Thanks Wedding Day!
