I was going to purchase a new wedding ring from this company, when I found the sales person to be very rude and dishonest about their company policies. After reading some reviews online I got scared to do business with this company but thought I would ask about my fears anyways.....and was that a bad idea the sales person was so RUDE and dishonest that I was so glad that I had not purchased from them at all and saved myself alot of headache and problems! The company had a lady call me a few days later and ask me about the situation, she said that someone would be calling me on this higher up in the company to also discuss this with me. Well that day has come and gone and they never called to apoligise or ask if there was anything they could do for me to help me feel better about what had happened. My clear thought is that what I was asking was about the company and what they we're doing to other customers was right and they did not want to deal with answering these quetstions when asked....they clearly just wanted this to go away I am really glad I did not purchase from them for they are not a reputable company to do business with! Please buyers be careful not to buy from this company at least read your reviews and check their store policies on returns and trade ups because that is where you get ripped off. Buying a wedding ring is a large and special purchase and can be stressful so who you purchase from is very important, I hope this is helpful to others that may want to purchase from this company!
