I purchased my engagement ring a two months ago with the help from Dane. My fiancee and I stopped in to just look and we were impressed with their selection. We stopped by again and she picked out a setting, but it was up to me for the stone.
Dane was really helpful in showing the various diamonds that they had in store. I was looking online at first, but actually looking at the stones makes a difference. I ended up picking up a ""more flawed"" stone, but it was larger and clear. The quality is fantastic and she always gets comments on her ring.
After purchase, the turnaround was pretty quick, < 3 weeks.
Their ""no fine print"" warranty is absolutely amazing. Maintenance is included and I was told that it wasn't necessary to stop in every 6 months. We haven't stopped in yet, so I can't fully comment.
Wedding Day at Bloomington has a wonderful selection, competitive pricing, and wonderful service. I highly recommend this store at this particular location.
