i am so happy that i found this salon and all the people who work there. as far as the negativity reaction from Barbara, i can't believe that she is complaining about her own fault from a chemical burn. she should have been sure that her skin can accept chemicals and done her own research. as a fellow stylist , i know the protection that stylist do before they ever attempt to do any chemical service. we always test the skin and hair to see any reaction, if a person has has this service done before and we know this, we will proceed without doing the skin test. its up tho the person to tell us if they have ever had any reaction.
