Had a very unpleasant experience with these folks. They claim ""best prices"" which aren't bad, but with a little searching can be met or bettered, shipping time was decent, but was almost 3 times the actual cost with the items poorly packed and luckily through no fault of theirs there was no damage. When I questioned them about the shipping overcharge they proceeded to tell me how fortunate I was to have saved so much money off the retail prices (who cares about retail prices - this is the ""NET"") and so what that I paid almost 3 times the actual shipping rate. It would seem to me that they're only interested in the bottom line with little regard to customer service or customer satisfaction. They offer decent prices, but make their profit off of overcharged shipping and a 25% restocking fee. Before buying from them do a little searching, you can do better with someone that actually deserves your business.
Cons: Abusive and arrogant customer service
